The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (TVNPA) is excited to announce the launch of Tri-Valley SHARE (Sexual Health Awareness and Resource Education), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing sexual health outreach and education in the Tri-Valley community. Funded by a generous $250,000 grant from the Alameda County Department of Public Health, this program is designed to address the rising rates of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including MPox and Syphilis, with a special focus on providing resources and support to high-risk individuals and those who can become pregnant.

Our Commitment to the Community:
At TVNPA, we connect nonprofits and the communities they serve with the resources they need to thrive. With Tri-Valley SHARE, we’re expanding our reach, working alongside Livermore Pride, PFLAG, and Axis Community Health Center to provide education and health services that empower individuals to protect their sexual health.

Building on the success of Livermore Connects, TVNPA’s current initiative that addresses community needs through a strong coalition of partners, Tri-Valley SHARE is an expansion of our ongoing efforts. This new program brings together key community organizations to provide inclusive, culturally competent sexual health education and essential health services.

Program Partners:

  • Livermore Pride: Livermore Pride plays a pivotal role in ensuring outreach efforts for those at higher risk for STIs.
  • PFLAG: PFLAG will help create environments that foster open, supportive conversations around sexual health.
  • Axis Community Health Center: A trusted healthcare provider in the Tri-Valley, Axis will offer clinical care, including STI screenings, vaccinations, and access to preventive services such as Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP).
