DCARA (Deaf Counseling Advocacy & Referral Agency)

Since 1962, DCARA provides advocacy, employment aid, and independent living skills. Partnering with CDSS and EDD, we offer many resources including a Youth & Family programs focused on language acquisition and bonding, empowering the Deaf community to lead independent and productive lives.
