Attention Residents of  North Livermore! TVNPA is thrilled to announce the launch of the TVNPA Livermore Connects program in partnership with Axis Community Health, Open Heart Kitchen, Tri-Valley Haven, City Serve of the Tri-Valley. Together, we have formed the Livermore Connects Coalition, a two-year initiative funded by Alameda County Public Health Department to connect the most under-resourced Livermore residents to the essential services they need. To kick off this groundbreaking coalition, we are hosting the Salud y Sol! End-of-Summer Health Fiesta on Saturday, August 12th, from 10 AM to 2 PM at May Nissen Community Park. Residents of North Livermore are invited to for a day filled with food, music, face painting, and more! This day will have exciting activities, such as a rocket activity with Quest Science Center, back-to-school backpacks from Tri-Valley Haven, and  valuable health information and screenings from Axis Community Health and the Alameda County Health Department.
