Calendar Submission Guidelines
Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (TVNPA) reserves the right to review, edit, and approve all submitted content prior to posting to ensure clarity, consistency, and appropriate length. Submissions may be modified for formatting or alignment with our communication standards.
To allow for the greatest visibility, we recommend submitting events at least 10 days in advance of the event date.
Calendar listings are limited to events that are open to the broader community (free or ticketed) and are either hosted by nonprofits in the Tri-Valley or directly benefit the communities and causes they serve.
By submitting an event, you confirm that you represent a nonprofit organization serving the Tri-Valley and that the event supports that organization’s mission or programs.
Please note: Events listed on the TVNPA calendar that are not hosted by Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance are shared for informational purposes only. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship by TVNPA.
