Juliana is a California native, and she has called the Tri-Valley home since 1983. Juliana has more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience including serving as CEO, Executive Director, Chief Development Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for social service and environmental organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, YWCA, Tri-City Health Center, New Door Ventures and the Regional Parks Foundation. Juliana has raised millions to support the Tri-Valley community through her consulting services, and in 2022 she joined the team at TVNPA. Juliana and her husband Bill met attending Foothill High School in Pleasanton, and they now share 3 daughters and 2 cute pups.
