TVNPA hosts Katy Brown from Armanino who will demonstrate how your 990 Form can illustrate good governance and highlight organizational achievements. In this session, Katy will walk us through how to Identify potential red flags on the IRS Form 990 that could impact donor decisions, along with how to utilize this documentation to highlight your organization’s accomplishments. How can we enhance donor perceptions of our organizations’ accomplishments through evidence of good governance? About Our Speaker

Katy Brown is Armanino’s West Coast Nonprofit Tax Practice Lead and an exempt-organizations specialist advising clients on tax matters. She is experienced in working with exempt organizations in a variety of capacities and is a member of the Grants Committee for the Armanino Foundation. Katy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at George Mason University. She subsequently earned a Master of Arts from The University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
