Dr. Lydia Hughes-Evans brings a wealth of organizational strategy planning and has led countless organizations through transitions and transformations to become stronger teams, operate more efficiently and effectively, and increase significant impact on their causes. Come prepared to share your questions, challenges, and victories, as we strengthen our confidence & competence in DEI as it pertains to your agency!
Dr. Lydia Hughes-Evans has more than 15 years of experience walking alongside organizations and individuals on their pathways to success with a breadth of experience in the education, nonprofit and business sectors. She has exercised her entrepreneurial muscles as the Founder & CEO of Pure Momentum Consulting, LLC, for the past 15 years where she provides hands-on support in nonprofit management and operations strategies. She served on the Board of Directors for World Hope International from 2018 to 2020 and has worked in administrative and department leadership roles of several nonprofit agencies. Lydia is also the founder of and inspiration behind the Nonprofit Impact Consultants Ensemble (NICE), building a cohort of consultants serving nonprofit organizations in a variety of their operations and development needs. Lydia earned a BA in English and Psychology from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, and her Doctor or Education in Organization Leadership from Argosy University.
