About
As part of our mission to strengthen the nonprofit community, TVNPA opened the doors of CommonPoint Nonprofit Center in downtown Livermore on March 1, 2022.
Located at 164 North L Street, CPNC is an affordable, co-working office space for nonprofit organizations to establish themselves, share resources, collaborate, connect with their communities, and raise visibility. Our office space is ideal for smaller nonprofits in need of physical location or larger nonprofits in need of a satellite office. Centrally located in Downtown Livermore, CPNC offers a variety of work spaces to suit your nonprofit’s needs including private offices, individual cubicles, and shared desk plans.
Advantages and Opportunities
As a tenant of CommonPoint Nonprofit Center, you to have a designated space to meet clients and donors, which can improve the prospects of your nonprofit organization. A co-working space and conference room allows your nonprofit to look more professional and offers more privacy than holding meetings in a public place. CPNC also offers the opportunity for you to work alongside colleagues to facilitate the sharing of resources while raising your visibility.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the way many organizations are working, including nonprofits. Working remotely has reduced the need for entire offices but doesn’t remove the need to have a physical workspace entirely. TVNPA understands as we all prepare to return to working in-person again, it will look differently moving forward. CommonPoint Nonprofit Center meets the challenges of our new normal by providing affordable office spaces in a congenial work environment that meets the needs of many nonprofit organizations.
Co-working spaces provide a lot of the perks of having your own office without the overhead or heavy responsibility of a building lease. We offer services for a flat, monthly rate, saving organizations significant ongoing costs.
Amenities include:
- Secure WIFI
- Printer
- Conference room
- Kitchen
- Professional address
Think your nonprofit isn’t ready for office space? CPNC can also serve as a virtual office at a cost competitive with a Post Office box, as well as use of the conference room.
